1 What Personal Information We Collect
We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you submit an enquiry through our contact form. This may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your company or organisation name (if provided)
- The content of your enquiry message
- Your IP address (collected automatically for spam prevention)
We do not collect special personal information (such as health data, race, religion, or financial account numbers) through this website.
2 Purpose of Collection
Your personal information is collected solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry about our managed IT, cloud, or software services
- Provide you with a quotation or product information you have requested
- Prevent spam and abuse of our contact form
We will not use your information for direct marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

If you choose not to supply your contact details, we will be unable to respond to your enquiry — this is the only consequence of non-disclosure.
4 Third-Party Processing & International Transfers
Your personal information may be processed by the following third parties in the course of operating this website:
- Google LLC (USA) — reCAPTCHA v3: This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to detect and prevent automated spam. Google processes behavioural data from your browser session to generate a risk score. This constitutes a transfer of personal information to a third party in the United States. Google's processing is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Hosting provider: Our web hosting provider stores submitted form data on servers. We ensure our hosting provider maintains reasonable security standards.
Note on international transfers: The United States does not have a data protection adequacy finding equivalent to South Africa's POPIA. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in the USA by Google solely for spam-prevention purposes.
5 Retention of Information
We retain contact form submissions only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, typically no longer than 12 months. Email correspondence may be retained longer if required for an ongoing business relationship.
IP addresses collected for spam prevention are not linked to personal records and are not retained beyond the session.
6 Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These measures include spam filtering, rate limiting, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.
7 Your Rights Under POPIA

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies set are functional cookies placed by Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention purposes, as described in section 4 above. These are necessary for the contact form to function and cannot be disabled without disabling the form itself.
